    • \u00a0CTR Preparations<\/li>\n
    • \u00a0Projects planning and scheduling using Primavera P6 up to level 5.<\/li>\n
    • \u00a0Progress Measurement System (PMS).<\/li>\n
    • \u00a0Value Of Work Done (VOWD) in monthly basis.<\/li>\n
    • \u00a0Preparing of Progress Payment Certificate (PPC) with all supporting documents and drawings then<\/li>\n
    • discuss it with the client. Continuously update the schedule & achieved work progress, with 3 weeks look ahead.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Monthly Budget forecast & costing reports for manpower, equipment and materials.<\/h2>\n

      Monthly earned value, schedule performance, and cost performance reports.<\/h2>\n

       <\/p>\n

      Build company own norm and continuously track and update productivity rate, efficiency factors and identifying the road blocks affecting the efficiency.<\/p>\n

      Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.<\/h2>\n

      Preparation of the manpower histogram, S-curve, & other project control tools using Primavera and\/or MS Excel.<\/p>\n

      Keeping track of the various materials supply chain.
      \nAttending projects weekly meeting.<\/p>\n
