\nJob Title: Tendering supervisor:
\nResponsibilities:
\nSearching for new supplier for our scope of work
\nMaking comparison sheet with technical , price and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs from min three supplier .
\nRecords the data during the tender process to ensure a proper and efficient handover to supply chain teams.
\nActively reviewing specifications and product review to monitor any changes made by the supplier.
\nContacted with end customers when required by (Email-Fax-salesman)for more clarification .
\nComplete understanding of Tenders with respect to scope of work, pricing schedule and nonmaterial requirement.
\nPreparing the requests for bid bonds with the finance Dept.
\nCoordination with technical people about the scope of work.
\nFilling each tender i have submitted to the end user.
\nProvide daily report to the Asst. tendering Manager which represent the efficient work (as per blank copy attached).
\nActing all responsibilities of Asst. tendering Manager when he\/she out of work.
\nProvide weekly report which representing finished and regret tenders. (sample attached).
\nNegotiate with General Manager the conditions of the tender<\/p>\n
Requirements:
\n*BA degree Engineering
\n*experience from 4 to 6 years in engineering oil & gas
\nSkills needed:
\n*excellent leadership skills & communication skills
\n* proficient with Microsoft product<\/p>\n
2) Job Title: Tendering Engineer:
\nResponsibilities:
\nRecording and maintaining vender list data base.
\nSearching for new supplier who could benefit from their products in a designated region.
\nEstablishing new, and maintaining existing, cooperation with suppliers
\nNegotiating tender and contract terms.
\nNegotiating and closing tenders by agreeing terms of lowest price and best quality .
\nMaking comparison sheet with technical , price and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs from min three supplier .
\nMaintain appropriate records and data during the tender process to ensure a proper and efficient handover to supply chain teams.
\n\u00b7 Actively reviewing description of product to monitor any changes made by the supplier.
\n\u00b7 Coordinating with end customers when required by (Email-Fax-sales man).
\n\u00b7 Complete understanding of Tenders with respect to scope of work, pricing schedule.
\n\u00b7 Knowledge of filling the tenders and preparing the requests for bid bonds with the finance Dept.
\n\u00b7 Capable of preparing the inquiries with proper technical specifications as per the tender and understanding of quotations with respect to contractual requirement.
\n\u00b7 Coordination with technical people about the scope of work.<\/p>\n
